The Standards Commissioner is an independent person appointed by the National Assembly for Wales, to safeguard standards, to uphold reputations, and to address your concerns
As Standards Commissioner, Sir Roderick Evans receives and investigates complaints about the conduct of Assembly Members, reports to the Assembly about his investigations and advises Assembly Members and the public about complaints procedures.
He can also advise the Assembly on general standards of conduct of Assembly Members and suggest guidelines for promoting, encouraging and safeguarding high standards of conduct amongst Assembly Members.
